COVID-19 update: November 2020
Based on Gov. Jay Inslee's guidance, we continue to modify operations at Drop Zone Cowork to protect the safety of our community.
Air filtration. We've added a HEPA air filter in the center of Drop Zone Cowork to improve air quality by continually circulating air through a virus-scrubbing HEPA filter.
Masks. Cloth face covering that fully covers mouth and nose are required inside Drop Zone Cowork except when inside the phone booths or conference room with the door closed.
Partitions. Clear panels are installed to separate work tables into smaller separated workspaces that are 6 feet from each other.
Clean your workspace. We provide disinfecting wipes throughout the workspace. Please use these to clean your workspace before and after use.
Clean your hands. Hand sanitizer is available as you enter. The bathroom is stocked with soap and towels. Please keep your hands clean.
Stay home if you aren't feeling healthy.
No guests please. Each membership and day pass is for one person. No guests please as we protect our members and community.
Thanks for helping us keep everyone safe!
Coworking in the Methow
Drop Zone Cowork (DZC) is used by writers, software developers, cartographers, non-profits, fisheries researchers, financial advisors, firefighter trainers, outdoor educators, conference exhibit designers, coaches, political activists, wireless network designers, poets, trainers, students, psychologists, professors, and free agents.
We've optimized DZC for anyone who want another place to work out of the house in addition to their home office or kitchen table, and for everyone who needs reliable, fast internet.
We offer a monthly membership that gives you 24/7 access to DZC. It's just like a gym membership, and you can cancel anytime.
The conference room has four chairs and four stools (seats six comfortably or eight if you're cozy) and includes broadband access, an HDMI and AirPlay-ready large monitor, and a whiteboard.
Monthly members receive two hours a week of conference room time. Additional reserved time is available for $10 per hour.
Non-members can book the conference room for $29 for an hour, and $10 for each additional hour. (Link to view conference room calendar.)
We've recently added battery backup power so you can have uninterupted connectivity during brief (though not uncommon) Methow Valley power outages.
